Terms and Conditions:
Registration will close on 30 June 2026. Registration is only confirmed after full payment of programme fee.
This programme is organized and managed jointly by AIA and Hereditas Pte Ltd. After confirmation of registration, all programme fees are to be paid directly to Hereditas Pte Ltd.
All services are provided by AIA, Hereditas Pte Ltd and/or it’s partners and shall be subjected to the prevailing terms and conditions of AIA, Hereditas Pte Ltd and it’s partners.
The 5 days curriculum for the education programme is managed and conducted by NUS. NUS reserve their rights to make changes to any part of their curriculum.
Participation in the program is at your own risk. AIA, Hereditas Pte Ltd and it’s partners shall not be responsible or liable for any injury, loss or damage that any participant may sustain in connection with the programme.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Participant-Initiated Cancellation
No refund will be provided in the event of cancellation or no show.
Organizer-Initiated Cancellation or Postponement
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient registrations, force majeure events, or health and safety concerns.
In such cases, participants will be notified promptly and offered either:
A full refund, or The option to transfer the registration to a rescheduled date or similar event.
Force Majeure
The Organizer shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or public emergencies.
AIA and Hereditas Pte Ltd reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
